- Manage end-to-end delivery of reinstatement works following insured property damage (e.g. fire, flood).
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor health & safety compliance on all sites.
- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and clients to secure approvals and manage project changes.
- Maintain accurate project records in CRM systems.
- Ensure client satisfaction is upheld throughout the claims journey.
- Conduct regular progress updates, site visits, and final handovers.
- Drive claims progression and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within insurance repairs, restoration, or high-volume building works.
- Strong knowledge of property repair processes and contractor management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to reactive workloads.
- Commercial awareness and budget management capability.
- Confident using digital tools, CRM systems, and reporting software.
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and committed to quality outcomes.
- Full UK driving license required.
