We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster to join the team covering the South region, managing a diverse portfolio of Commercial Property Damage and Business Interruption claims.

You’ll handle each case from the initial field visit through to settlement, ensuring performance within client SLAs and audit standards. You’ll work autonomously while benefiting from regular contact and support from your line manager, who will provide guidance, mentoring, and opportunities for continued professional growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property and business interruption claims.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with client SLAs.

  • Provide technical insight and support where needed on complex losses.

  • Work proactively to achieve agreed settlement and financial targets.

About You:

  • Proven experience handling commercial losses with a customer-first approach.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ideally ACII or ACILA qualified (or committed to achieving qualification).

  • Able to manage your own caseload effectively, taking ownership from start to finish.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive, particularly during surge events.

  • Full UK Driving Licence essential.
