Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Building Surveys:
  • Conduct condition reports, defect analyses, dilapidations, and technical due diligence across a variety of property types.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee refurbishment, maintenance, and fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring strict adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and nurture robust client relationships by delivering insightful, practical advice and maintaining a high level of service.
  • Technical Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations to support client decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance and support to junior colleagues as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Professional Qualifications:
  • MRICS qualification with a strong background in building surveying.
  • Experience:
  • Proven track record in delivering building surveying services in either a consultancy or client-side environment.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of building pathology, construction technology, and regulatory requirements.
