Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project management services on a variety of complex and high-profile projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Oversee a team of project management professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to support career development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their requirements and exceed expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the project management offering and the wider business.
- Collaborate across service lines to provide integrated solutions for clients, leveraging expertise across the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in project management.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, methodologies, and project outcomes.
- Chartered professional (e.g., MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) with significant experience in project management within the property or construction sectors.
- Proven leadership skills, with a strong track record of managing and developing teams.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering a wide range of projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of work.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of relevant project management methodologies, tools, and software.
