Chartered Building Surveyor - Oxford | Associate Director / Director Level
A dynamic and highly motivated Chartered Building Surveyor is sought to join a thriving Building & Projects Consultancy team based in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering commercially focused advice across a diverse portfolio of instructions, including Contract Administration, Planned Maintenance, Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Development Monitoring, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Condition Schedules, and Party Wall Matters. In addition to leading on client delivery, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the team, driving new business, and developing internal and external client relationships.
Remuneration:

The team supports a wide-ranging client base across various sectors, with instructions spanning historic buildings to cutting-edge laboratory developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver clear, practical, and commercially driven advice across all core building surveying services
Advise clients on strategies and options tailored to their property needs
Actively contribute to growing the team's profile internally and externally
Support business development and fee generation by building new relationships and leveraging existing networks
Lead and contribute to client pitches and presentations
Align with business and divisional growth targets
Mentor and empower junior team members
Support collaborative work across departments
Drive recruitment and succession planning in line with team strategy and EDI goals
Represent the business with professional integrity and high standards at all times
What you'll need:
MRICS Chartered status
Strong technical capability and the ability to deliver within a commercial framework
A strategic and solution-focused mindset
Proven client engagement and communication skills
