Main Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle project delivery across Commercial, Industrial and Retail sectors, overseeing multiple projects concurrently. Manage and coordinate consultant and contractor teams, covering tendering, procurement, cost control, risk management, programming, health & safety and reporting. Administer JCT and NEC contracts, maintain risk registers, and ensure seamless collaboration between design, cost and construction teams. Mentor and support junior project managers, promoting best practice and helping to develop team capability. Key Requirements 5+ years’ experience in a consultancy project management environment, with demonstrable delivery across Commercial, Industrial and/or Retail projects. Excellent understanding of contract administration (JCT / NEC) and strong commercial management skills. Outstanding client-facing ability, with experience engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
