This is a pivotal role in delivering high-value and varied refurbishment, fit-out and new-build projects across commercial, retail, industrial and residential sectors. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be encouraged to drive business development, deepen client relationships and shape your own specialism within the business. Main Responsibilities End-to-end project management of medium to large scale commercial refurbishment, fit-out and new-build projects, including managing tenders/bids, contractor procurement, programme management, cost control, quality assurance, health & safety and reporting. Lead fit-out projects across CAT A & CAT B office spaces, retail and industrial units, high-end residential amenity spaces and complex laboratory or technical fit-outs.
