Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Building Safety Consultancy team. The Opportunity This is a warm 360 desk within our Building Safety division, focusing on: Building Control Surveyors Registered Building Inspectors CDM Professionals Health & Safety Teams You’ll inherit live active roles and have access to established company clients for immediate outreach and revenue generation. This is a high-potential desk with strong existing relationships and clear growth opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing This is a full 360 recruitment role, including: Business development with warm and new clients Managing and expanding existing accounts Candidate sourcing and headhunting within building safety markets Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement Negotiating offers and closing deals Building long-term client and candidate relationships You’ll have full ownership of your desk with the support of a collaborative and experienced team.
