Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of complex and high-value domestic claims across the UK.
Deliver a high standard of technical handling, from first notification through to settlement.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and service providers.
Produce detailed and well-structured reports tailored to the needs of each claim.
Work flexibly and independently to meet deadlines and performance targets.
Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in property loss adjusting, ideally with major loss or HNW exposure.
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
ACILA/FCILA (or progression towards) preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable working remotely and travelling as required.
Some out-of-hours work may be necessary.
Full UK driving licence.
